I’ve been sort of bad-mouthing Apple for the fact that my G5 stopped working. Turns out that after the third time you call they escalate your claim and that’s when they actually start to get helpful. They’re sending an Apple Certified Technician from Nexus Info Systems to replace my logic board and processors. Thanks, Apple! I hope that does the trick.
